Oorummadi Brathukulu

Oorummadi Bratukulu (Telugu: ఊరుమ్మడి బ్రతుకులు) is a 1977 Telugu film directed by B. S. Narayana. This critically acclaimed naturalistic film is about the struggles of poor people.^[1]

It was a landmark movie and began a stream of small budget parallel movies in late 70s and 80s in Telugu cinema. It casts Satyendra Kumar and Madhavi.

Awards

The film won National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu in 1976.
